Arrowhead Winch is proud to welcome Sales Managers Freddy Lund and Justin Hiebra to their growing global sales team. Based in Denmark, Freddy will focus on supporting distributor and OEM partners in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. Justin will lead sales efforts across Central and South America.

Most recently with BraunAbility Europe, Freddy brings a keen perspective to his new role. Drawing from success in manufacturing sales as well as purchasing and logistics, he has a proven track record of building strong customer relationships.

With more than 25 years of sales experience in the aviation and industrial sectors, Justin has held key positions at AerSale Component Solutions, MAN Engine & Components – Latin America and Cummins Latin America. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Columbia University.
